Noni de Fiji
22 Junio 2007

The Response
Fortunately in today’s world an educated person realizes that statement as such posted above needs to be supported with evidence. I can say for certain that the author of the above article has not visited Royal Noni Fiji process facility and is deliberately supplying false information.
It is indeed a shame that marketers must resort to such an unprovoked attack on other producers as a desperate attempt to try and gain market share and try to sell their product (while claiming it is their own research).
I can not speak for all producers mentioned above but Royal Noni Fiji take great pride in the hygiene and cleanliness of our work environment and consider it of utmost importance in our production process.
Royal Noni Fiji complies fully with HACCP principles, and the organic management plan for “our” farms have been used as a model by the Fiji College of Agriculture to sustain our precious natural environment by implementing a successful organic management plan.
At the request of the Fiji Ministry of Agriculture Royal Noni Fiji Ltd has conducted several seminars with the Fiji College of Agriculture to promote organic farming in Fiji.
The only insects that even come close to our production facility are honey bees that are situated on our noni farm to assist in the pollination and overall development of our noni orchid.
The claim that there are dogs, cats and insects in our production facility is completely false, and a poor attempt to discredit our company.
Royal Noni Fiji has been at the forefront of noni development in Fiji, and the soap and cream that Herbex sells is derived directly from a formula that was developed by Royal Noni Fiji.
The quality of Royal Noni Fiji 100% Noni Juice is unmatched, and our extensive experience in the industry guarantees the credibility of our product.
Further more we have evidence to suggest that the above false rumors originate from the above recommended producer, and these allegations have been reported to us by visiting customers who have seen our facility first hand, and have chosen Royal Noni Fiji 100% Noni Juice over the other 3 competitors in the area after becoming displeased with their childish marketing strategy that consists of discrediting their competition.
In the past Royal Noni Fiji Ltd have ignored these vicious rumors, and felt pity towards companies who must resort to such allegations to try and gain customers. However after finding this false information has made its way on the internet this has now warranted a response.
In times of economic change and global recession it is necessary for companies to re-evaluate their marketing strategies and redefine their marketing objectives; unfortunately the recommended company above has not done so. Resorting to this type of unsubstantiated rumors in the hope to promote “GOOD NONI” will only work against them
Royal Noni Fiji Ltd does not need to discredit other producers to make ourselves look good, this is done by hard work, market analysis, and overall “Good Manufacturing Practices”
It is indeed a shame that the good relationship that was experienced between Royal Noni Fiji and the above recommended producer has come to this, and I do regret having to respond to such rumors as my time can be put to use in other areas but it is indeed necessary.
My note to the author of the above article is to ensure your claims are credible before you post such information that may be damaging to other companies.
